Refund and Reschedule Policies

All purchases on our site will receive confirmation emails and links only when necessary to third-party sites.

We send reminder emails when purchased class dates are approaching.

REFUNDS

IF cancelled 14 days OR MORE from the scheduled class date, we issue a full REFUND.

REFUNDS will be issued to the payment source used during your class purchase. A confirmation email should be received within minutes, please confirm refunded amount is correct.

Please contact us if issues arise concerning your scheduled class. We will do all we can to assist you.

RESCHEDULE up to day of class

IF cancelled 13 days OR LESS from the scheduled class date, we offer RESCHEDULING only.

We will modify our class schedules to cater to customers if needed and when possible. Please contact us if rescheduling needs arise concerning your scheduled class. We will do all we can to assist you.

NO SHOWS

We no longer offer refunds or rescheduling for NO SHOWS.

ATTAK Consulting LLC can no longer absorb the loss of resources incurred from NO SHOWS. All purchases on our site receive confirmation emails. We send reminder emails when purchased class dates are approaching. Please contact us if you need to reschedule as we want to do all we can to prevent this. Thank you for understanding this awkward but prevalent occurrence.

RETURNS from our Vetted Gear Store

We only sell gear we trust and use directly. All of our store products are linked to third-party product providers that we trust and use. Each product provider has met or exceeded our expectations with product quality, durability, delivery, etc. Please refer to the third-party website policies if purchasing products from our store's vetted third-party sellers. We have never had any issues and highly recommend them if you want to try their gear. We encourage customer feedback concerning any element of ATTAK Consulting LLC., including products in our store. We welcome and adapt to our customers' feedback as we wish to be a trusted source of training, gear and community in your lives.
